Simple GearHeads is an official SimpleTire-related experience created for automotive enthusiasts, customers, ambassadors, partners, and community members.

Simple GearHeads may include merchandise, promotional products, ambassador-related materials, giveaways, community programs, tire-related content, branded gear, and other products or services connected to SimpleTire.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to place an order or participate in Simple GearHeads programs.

By using Simple GearHeads, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through Simple GearHeads, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, misuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. If an order is canceled after payment is processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product details, availability, or promotional errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, inventory availability, weather, address issues, or other factors outside of our control.

Simple GearHeads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Simple GearHeads Refunds & Returns Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unmounted, not driven on, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds may be reduced by return shipping fees, handling fees, or other non-refundable charges, where applicable.

Final sale, closeout, custom, special order, mounted, used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

Because orders may move quickly through processing and fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be combined

• Discounts have no cash value

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, and social media rules, including clearly disclosing any material relationship with Simple GearHeads or SimpleTire.

10. User Content

If you submit, upload, tag, share, or otherwise provide photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, social media posts, comments, feedback, or other content related to Simple GearHeads, you grant Simple GearHeads, SimpleTire, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, publish, and promote that content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email, and other business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may remove or decline to use any content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Simple GearHeads in any way that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Infringes on the rights of others

• Involves fraud, deception, or unauthorized activity

• Interferes with website security or functionality

• Attempts to access systems, data, or accounts without permission

For tires, wheels, accessories, or related automotive products, professional installation may be required. You are responsible for confirming fitment, size, load rating, speed rating, application, and vehicle compatibility before purchase or installation.

Simple GearHeads is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or claims resulting from improper selection, installation, use, maintenance, or modification of products.
